Career and Technical Education (CTE)  provides students with soft skills that are needed for the modern workplace along with career and academic skills. In these roles students develop critical thinking, team work, citizenship, integrity, ethical leadership, research tools, creativity and innovation. CTE programs enhance student learning through hands on contextual instruction and real world application while preparing students for well paying jobs.
